FAQ'S
I am a Life Coach and not a Therapist. What is the difference?
This is a question I’m asked often, and it’s an important one. Both life coaching and therapy can be valuable, but they serve different purposes.
Therapy is designed to help people heal from past wounds, trauma, or mental health challenges, and it often includes diagnosis and treatment. Life coaching is different. Coaching is forward-focused and centered on where you are now and where God may be leading you next. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions—instead, I walk alongside you, offering encouragement, biblical wisdom, and practical tools to help you grow in clarity, confidence, and faith.
I see life coaching as a supportive, Christ-centered partnership. Together, we create space to listen for God’s guidance, strengthen your identity in Christ, and take meaningful next steps forward. Some people benefit from therapy, some from coaching, and many find that both can work beautifully together. My heart is simply to support you in a way that feels safe, faith-filled, and aligned with what you need most right now.

Fees & Making Coaching Accessible
My goal is to make life coaching something that’s available to anyone who wants support, guidance, and encouragement—without money being a barrier. My standard fee is $75 per hour, but I offer a sliding scale based on what feels manageable for you and your family. We can chat about this before our first session, so you feel comfortable and at ease.
With the sliding scale, you get to choose an amount that works for your situation—whether it’s for one session or a few weeks of coaching. This way, we can focus on your growth, your goals, and listening to God’s guidance, without worrying about cost.
Payments are simple and easy—usually at the start of our session via Zelle or cash—so we can dive right into the work that matters most: you and your journey.
