The struggle is real for teens. There’s school, social media, sports, friends, family and the future. The pressure is unrelenting.

I love empowering girls and giving them tools they need to thrive, I believe that Biblical Coaching provides teens a safe, confidential place to learn who they are in Christ, and how dearly loved they are, regardless of what the world tells them. During my coaching sessions, teens will be free to share their struggles and achievements and gain confidence and assurance. Most importantly, they will see that they are beautifully and wonderfully made and that their life has purpose.
