Did you know that our thoughts can keep us captive from hearing from God, blocking us from believing that we will ever become who we are to be in Christ and experience freedom? These mental and spiritual mind-holds will keep us in bondage from living a less than victorious life. The truth is, we are not in bondage to the post trauma, but we are in bondage to the lies we believe because of the trauma. For us to be freed of these lies, we must find the truth about ourselves, and this truth is found in Christ and our relationship in Him. It is through the renewing of our mind, and understanding WHO we are in Christ, that we are then empowered to be all that God has created us to be.
